We do not store or have access to any payment information used by you. Your transaction/payment details are handled by XXX, our Payment service provider with secure encryption and compliant with global banking standards.
Absolutely. You pay what you see while selecting the products. Standard shipping is free, and we do not levy any additional charges from our end at the checkout point. However, if your home country has any custom import duty requirements, our shipping agency will pay the duties at the border, and will then collect the same from you at the time of delivery. To maintain complete transparency, we display an estimated amount of the import taxes/duties of your home country. Please note that the amount is only estimated, as per the prevalent import tax laws. We do not charge any additional amount for processing import tax payments.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
Time & Company products are delivered all around the world. From Australia to the UK, Singapore to Spain, wherever you are, we’ll ship to you. What’s more- Shipping is absolutely free. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to PO boxes.
Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse in Sweden processes it the following business day. It is then picked, packed and dispatched. After an order is dispatched, you will receive a link via email, containing tracking information and estimated delivery date. You can track its journey via the link and consignment number we email to you once we process the order. Kindly note that the estimated delivery times may vary due to external factors outside of Time & Company and its courier’s, control. These factors may include but are not limited to force majeure conditions, customs delays, etc.
We email your tracking number once an order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for an email to come through with confirmation and tracking information. In the unlikely event you don’t receive an email, please contact our customer service team which will be more than happy to arrange the email for you ASAP.
Yes. Your shipping confirmation by email will include a consignment number and a tracking link. Click the link and enter your number to check the status of your parcel.
Within 10 minutes of your order being placed, you should get an order confirmation email and invoice on the email address provided by you. In the unlikely event of a delay in receiving the email, please contact us and we shall help you with the confirmation ASAP.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We’re super quick off the mark when it comes to processing your order, which means no changes to product/delivery details can be made once you place an order. If, however, you realize straight away that you want to make a change, there may be time to amend an order. Contact our customer support team ASAP which will advise accordingly. As we’re pretty quick at processing and parceling orders, you can’t cancel an order once it is on its way to you. Unless, of course, you’re quick off the mark and catch us before we’ve processed an order. Contact our customer support team straight away to checkorder status. RETURNS AND WARRANTY
We’re confident that you’ll love your Time & Company watch but for any reason, if you decide to return an item you have received, we will happily accept returns on full priced items within 30 days of receiving the order. We’ll refund the amount via the payment method you used on the purchase, or you can request an exchange or a store credit. When returning a watch, we politely request that it:

We take utmost care of quality in manufacturing your Time & Company watch, and are absolutely sure that you will be able to flaunt it for a long time. All Time &Company watches are covered under a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in manufacturing including watch movement, indexes, dial and hands. Other parts that are not listed above are not covered by this warranty. If the product is returned during the warranty period, Time & Company will replace any defective watch at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned.
